Skyway Heating and Air Conditioning LLC

This is the second mini-split system that I've had and it seems to be working just fine so far. But then so was the last one. What I really want to talk about is the seller, Skyway Heating and Cooling. I ordered this system because I put my last unit in myself and was looking for another DYI option. I contacted Skyway and they answered all of my questions and gave me additional information as well, to help make the installation easier. I ordered the system, and it arrived when they said it would. I was getting ready to put it in and then 2 days later I end up in the hospital and was there for a couple of weeks.

The mini-splits had to go in before some other work could be done and my wife was in a panic. She called Skyway and explained the situation, wanting to see if they could install the system. They were able to send a team out the next day. My wife says that the three guys worked like a well oiled machine and got it installed in no time at all, and it was well worth what they charged us to do it. So thank you to Skyway for looking out for us! We have already referred you to others!

I was having challenges trying to configure the solution I needed from Mr. Cool's website. once I found Skyway Mini-splits the site was so much easier to use. I had some additional questions regarding wiring and how best to configure the 4 units I was installing. Both David and Carla were fantastic to work with. They answered all my questions, how best to configure and sent me images of installs to get ideas on how best to configure.

I plan to install four more Mr. Cool mini-splits with two more condensers and will only order from Skyway Mini-splits. David and Carla will be there to answer any questions during install.

Called with pre-sales questions. All answered very quickly. Placed an order and it was processed same day. Unit arrived a couple days later. Glad I went with this company vs. Amazon. They provide a nice personal touch.

Skyway Mini-Splits made the order process simple. The product arrived with no damage. Yes, it's a bit of work to install, but very doable for a diy person. I also installed the 30 Amp 240 volt AC Disconnect.

Hooked it all up, turned it on, placed it on cool and I could not believe the cold air that came out of the system. Not cool...but cold. And the outside unit is as quiet as can be.

Was very easy to install. Everything went real smooth. The AC came on and cooled the building down just great. I installed it in a 24 x 40 metal building well insulated it has no issues cooling it down. I can’t say enough how easy it was to install this unit with no HVAC experience.

I spoke to the shop owners on several occasions, and they helped me find the right unit for my needs, I had some miss information about the warranty and they cleared that up for me!!! Awesome people to buy from, thanks for the help!!!
