This is the second mini-split system that I've had and it seems to be working just fine so far. But then so was the last one. What I really want to talk about is the seller, Skyway Heating and Cooling. I ordered this system because I put my last unit in myself and was looking for another DYI option. I contacted Skyway and they answered all of my questions and gave me additional information as well, to help make the installation easier. I ordered the system, and it arrived when they said it would. I was getting ready to put it in and then 2 days later I end up in the hospital and was there for a couple of weeks.
The mini-splits had to go in before some other work could be done and my wife was in a panic. She called Skyway and explained the situation, wanting to see if they could install the system. They were able to send a team out the next day. My wife says that the three guys worked like a well oiled machine and got it installed in no time at all, and it was well worth what they charged us to do it. So thank you to Skyway for looking out for us! We have already referred you to others!
