This is the second mini-split system that I've had and it seems to be working just fine so far. But then so was the last one. What I really want to talk about is the seller, Skyway Heating and Cooling. I ordered this system because I put my last unit in myself and was looking for another DYI option. I contacted Skyway and they answered all of my questions and gave me additional information as well, to help make the installation easier. I ordered the system, and it arrived when they said it would. I was getting ready to put it in and then 2 days later I end up in the hospital and was there for a couple of weeks.
The mini-splits had to go in before some other work could be done and my wife was in a panic. She called Skyway and explained the situation, wanting to see if they could install the system. They were able to send a team out the next day. My wife says that the three guys worked like a well oiled machine and got it installed in no time at all, and it was well worth what they charged us to do it. So thank you to Skyway for looking out for us! We have already referred you to others!

Was very easy to install. Everything went real smooth. The AC came on and cooled the building down just great. I installed it in a 24 x 40 metal building well insulated it has no issues cooling it down. I can’t say enough how easy it was to install this unit with no HVAC experience.

Ordered a Mr. Cool 12000 Btu DIY split system heat pump 4th gen from Skyway, from purchase on-line to VERY quick delivery was great, price was also good.
This is my second install of a Mr. Cool system....install when smooth, though it was easier the second time around, if I every have to add another (not likely since I now have 4 split systems) I learn new tricks to make the install easier.....overall very happy

I found the team at Skyway mini splits to be responsive and helpful in the ordering and delivery process. The units arrived well packed. I had the units installed by a local contractor who had experience installing Mr. Cool units- they charge me $1500 to install both units, this is a fraction of what 3 local Mitsubishi dealer quotes were for installing a single unit- not to mention the price of the units themselves were 50% less expensive since I'm not paying the bloated dealer markup and high warranty cost. For the price difference, I could completely replace all three outside units in 6 years and still be ahead.

I ordered my MrCool system from Dave & Carla at Skyway Mini-splits after failing to get a response from a vendor with a much greater profile online. They answered the phone, a big plus right there. They have been very responsive and helpful when I called with questions. As for the MrCool units, they are working well and I am very pleased. The only problem is with the water drainage from the compressor, the drain fitting does not capture it all, I am having to make a pan under the unit to catch the water. This is only a problem because the compressor is located on a wooden porch rather than on concrete or earth.
