Included are 3 concealed duct air handlers, pre-charged condenser, insulated lineset and 3 wired controller for each unit. The two 12,000 BTU air handlers are good for spaces that are up to 600 square feet each and the 18,000 BTU air handler is good for spaces up to 750 square feet..
